To the Distribution of Melitaea turkmanica Higgins, 1940 (Lepidoptera, Nymphalidae) in Iran and the Eastern Area Limits of this Species

The distribution area of Melitaea turkmanica Higgins, 1940 (Lepidoptera, Rhopalocera) in Iran on the base of literature and our own data is given. The taxonomic status of the population from the eastern limit of the distribution of this species (Kouh-e-Jama-Shehan Mts.) is discussed.
