New Species Rhaphium Meigen, 1803 (Dolichopodidae, Diptera) from Central Asia

New species Rhaphium mesasiaticum Negrobov, Selivanova, Maslova, sp. n. is described from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tadzhikistan. The given species close to Rhaphium ap- pendiculatum Zetterstedt, but different from this species with length arista, its length is greater than the width arista third antennal segment at the base, dilated at the base of cerci, oval-triangular apical part of gonopode.
